SHIPPING POLICY
We ship via FedEx only. With three levels of service to choose from, picking the most convenient FedEx Shipping method is easy. An email confirming your purchase will be sent to you along with your FedEx tracking number that will allow you to track your order's progress via the FedEx Online tools available at http://www.FedEx.com/us/.

Currently, we ship Monday through Friday to addresses in the United States. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional charges.

RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 15 days to return the item. We will gladly issue a credit for the original purchase price of the item(s) to your credit card within five business days. Please be advised that shipping costs are not eligible for credit on returns. Please be sure to include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining that you desire a credit for your return. Items should be returned unworn or unused in their original packaging. Returns received after 15 days of purchase will be subject to a store credit. You can use your store credit at anytime, towards any of our products.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange a product, simply return the unworn or unused item (in the original packaging) within 15 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice with a note explaining what you would like in exchange. Please be advised that exchanges are subject to a shipping charge of $7.95 for ground shipping.Please keep in mind if you are exchanging or adding on to an exchange there will be a charge of $3.00 for each additional pair that we ship.

COUPON CODES
Whatapair.com will occasionally offer special discounts to our valued customers in the form of "coupon codes." To take advantage of these special promotions, simply input the code in our Shipper Carrier/Coupon Code section during your checkout process. This section can be found in the bottom right-hand corner of the personal information page in your shopping cart. Coupon codes are redeemable on regularly priced items only. Sale items have already been generously discounted and do not apply. Helpful hint: Sale items will always end in $.99. Example: $11.99.
